Jo Natauri
Jo Natauri is the Founder and Managing Partner of Invidia Capital Management, a position she has held since May 2024.45 She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare investment industry.14 Prior to founding Invidia, Jo was a partner at Goldman Sachs, where she served as the Global Head of Healthcare Private Investing.34 She joined Goldman Sachs in 2006 as a vice president, became a managing director in 2008, and was named partner in 2012.13
Throughout her career, Jo has been involved in numerous high-profile transactions, advising on over $250 billion of M&A deals and investing over $8 billion in equity and structured capital.4 She has also served on several corporate boards, including Parexel, MyEyeDr., Mirion, MDVIP, Flywire, and Avantor.35
Jo is known for her advocacy in healthcare, safety, and equity. She founded The Sita Foundation, which aims to empower victims of violence through technology.25 She also serves on the board of Safe Horizon, a prominent non-profit organization supporting victims of violence.13
Jo earned her BA in Economics and Biology from the University of Virginia.14 She has received several recognitions, including being named one of the ten women rockstars in private equity by Buyouts magazine in 2020.14
