Jo Takla

Jo Anna Takla is an Agile team-builder with a passion for product management and innovation development. She excels in building and leading teams that focus on innovation, efficiency, and continuous learning.

Jo Anna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Strategy, Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also completed her BS in Accounting from DePaul University.

Currently, Jo Anna serves as the Associate Director at Devbridge. Previously, she held prominent roles at Allstate, including Team Lead Product Manager - People Data Strategy, Product Manager & Customer Success Manager of Payment Strategy, and Sr. Manager of Enterprise Payment Strategy. She also worked as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Chicago Youth Opportunities Initiative.

Jo Anna's diverse professional experience includes participating in the Executive Development Program, a 3-year MBA Rotational Program at Allstate, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University Department of Finance. She has also held financial roles at The Marketing Store, Ketchum, and served as a Regional Account Manager at Ingenix.
