Julius Hill

J.N. Hill, also known as Julius, is the Swiss Managing Partner for International Development Organizations (IDO) at Deloitte in Geneva.

With over 30 years of strategy, operations, and technology consulting experience in both public and private sectors, he is recognized for his expertise in transformational programs and extracting value from complex projects.

Julius serves as the Global Lead Client Service Partner for The Global Fund and The World Health Organisation, working with UN agencies, IDOs, NGOs, and multinational companies in Geneva for the past 16 years.

His professional focus lies in organizational operating models, digital and analytics technologies, cloud-based technology platforms, and cross-organization data analytics for impactful outcomes.

Passionate about making a difference, Julius mobilizes expert teams to deliver "Impact that Matters" to clients and the world, exemplified by his role in the Deloitte CARE program, aiding local refugees' integration into Swiss society and earning the 2020 Deloitte Impact Award.

Julius pursued a Master's in Business Administration at Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and also studied at Wofford College.
