Jinping Gong

Jinping Gong is a seasoned professional with 18 years of IP working experience in both China and Europe.

His educational background includes vocational education at CEIPI Gründekurs an EPA, a University Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe from the University of Strasbourg, a Master's degree from Technische Universität München, a Master's degree from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, a Master's program from the University of Bologna, a Master's degree from Nanjing University, and a Bachelor's degree from Nanjing University.

Jinping Gong is the Founder, European Patent Attorney, and European Patent Litigator at CocreateIP European Patent Attorney Law Firm. He has also served as an Expert of Nanjing Overseas Intellectual Property Think Tank at the National Advisory Center, a European Patent Attorney at a prominent IP firm in Munich, an Intern at Boehmert & Boehmert, a trainee and patent engineer at Hards & Franke, and a Coordinator and Academic Secretary at the Intellectual Property Association of Jiangsu Colleges.
