Currently, she serves as a Barrister-at-Law at Des Voeux Chambers in Hong Kong, showcasing her legal expertise and professional growth.

Prior to her current role, Jing was a Pupil Barrister at the same organization, gaining valuable experience in the field.

She also held the position of Head of Country at projectaccess.co, highlighting her leadership skills and involvement in community projects.

Before venturing into the legal field, Jing Sim served as a Lieutenant (Air Warfare Officer) in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), demonstrating her commitment to public service.
