Jin Lim is an accomplished professional with a diverse background. He began by studying at Hwa Chong Institution, where he earned five GCE A-Level distinctions in Arts and Social Sciences. From there, he went on to graduate with Honors (Highest Distinction) from the National University of Singapore, where he studied finance, applied and policy economics. Lim has also studied at The University of Hong Kong and The University of British Columbia, gaining valuable experience in China studies and commerce and economics, respectively. He has received multiple awards, including a First Class honor in Principles of Finance at King's College London.

Lim has worked in many different roles throughout his career, including as a Project Manager at Louis Dreyfus Company, a Management Consultant at NRI (Nomura Research Institute), a Senior Pricing Specialist at S&P Global Platts, and a Strategy Consulting Intern at KPMG Singapore, among others. He has also completed internships in areas such as real estate finance and mobile marketing strategy.
