Jin Han

Jin Han is a seasoned entrepreneur and a proficient tech leader currently serving as the Tech Lead at Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok. With a rich background in technology and management, Jin has previously held the role of Engineering Manager at Twitter and has notable experience in senior tech positions. He boasts a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Information Security, showcasing his expertise in the field.

Education has played a pivotal role in Jin's career journey. He completed his Master of Science (MS) in Computer Software and Theory, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Software Engineering from Fudan University. Additionally, Jin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science with First Class Honors from University College Dublin and pursued his passion for information security by earning a PhD in the same field from Singapore Management University.

Throughout his professional trajectory, Jin Han has held key positions in renowned organizations. Apart from his current role as Engineering Lead at Bytedance, he has served as the Engineering Lead at TikTok. Jin's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Taigezhi, where he held the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Prior to that, he contributed as a Manager of Software Engineering - Senior SWE at Twitter and conducted research as a Research Scientist at the Institute for Infocomm Research.
