He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Microbiology, Bacteriology, and Immunology (CLS track) from San Francisco State University. His academic background reflects his passion for microbiology and his strong commitment to the field.

Over the course of his career, Jimmy has gained a wide range of experience in the field of microbiology. He has held Research Associate positions at Nephrosant, Inc. and UCSF Medical Center, where he conducted biospecimen research and supported various laboratory operations. Additionally, he has worked as a BSL2 Laboratory Research Assistant at San Francisco State University and as a Poll Worker: Clerk at City and County of San Francisco.
