Jimmy Hinton

Jimmy Hinton is a highly experienced Executive Vice President and Head of Investor Strategies at Newmark, one of the world's leading commercial real estate advisory firms. With a strong foundation and a track record dating back to 1929, Newmark has earned its reputation as a trusted partner in the industry, providing the highest level of service to its clients. Hinton studied Spanish and Iberian Studies at La Fundación José Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain. He also holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.

Hinton's successful career in commercial real estate started as an Associate at AXA Equitable, followed by an Associate role at LPL Financial. He then became Vice President at Cadence Bank, N.A., Associate Director of Research at HFF, LP, and later served as Managing Director, Head of Research at HFF. Prior to joining Newmark, he was Senior Managing Director of Investment & Data Analytics at Transwestern.

Hinton's exceptional background, expertise, and skills have earned him various leadership roles throughout his career, leading him to his current position at Newmark. He brings his extensive knowledge and analytical skills to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded in all aspects of their real estate investments.
