As an innovative and results-oriented leader, Wold has a strong global orientation and has managed multi-site technology-driven businesses across various industries. His expertise includes R&D strategy, IP management, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, cost reduction, and customer management.

Before joining Iris Technology as the Chief Operating Officer, Wold held executive positions at various companies, including RED Digital Cinema, Self-Employed, Quantum Corporation, Certance LLC, Seagate Technology, Conner Peripherals, and Iomega. Throughout his professional journey, he has perfected his skills in strategic planning and execution, OEM customer relationships, research, engineering, manufacturing, quality, M&A, and motivating individuals towards peak performance.
