Jim Wilson, MA, BCCRC, CCISM, is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in serving in the US Air Force, EMS, and Country Corrections.
As the President and Founder of the 10-33 Foundation, Jim is committed to promoting emotional health and well-being among first responders, veterans, and their families.
Through the 10-33 Foundation, Jim leads efforts to facilitate a cultural shift in the first responder community, encouraging open conversations about emotions and mental health without fear of judgment or job security.
Jim's profound dedication to supporting individuals in times of crisis extends to his role as a public speaker, addressing topics such as stress awareness, management, and Post Traumatic Growth.
Jim holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from the Colorado Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Ministry in Christian Ministry from Trinity Biblical University, Calvary Chapel Solano.
Throughout his career, Jim has served in various capacities, including as a Fire Chaplain at Vacaville Fire Department, Law Enforcement Chaplain at Winters Police Department and Dixon Police Department, Crisis Counselor Strike Team Leader, and Correctional Officer at Solano County Sheriff's Office.
