Managed all aspects of the teams, from defining vision/strategy/direction to administration, budgeting, staff development, quality measure definition, development processes, project management, development & test infrastructures, and 3rd party management.
•	Created $3.5M unit to produce an integrated enterprise OSS solution (Operations Support Systems:  order management, billing, inventory and provisioning)
•	Established robust enterprise infrastructure, SDLC processes, quality measures, and selecting/adopting new target technologies to deliver multiple phased projects on-time to benefit clients and create marketing splash
•	Creating enterprise business model & automated workflow
•	Generated $15M+ in revenue across the division
