Jim's career has seen him hold pivotal roles such as General Counsel at Southland Holdings LLC, General Counsel at American Bridge Company, Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Blumont, Inc., as well as key positions at APTIM / Veritas Capital, Chicago Bridge & Iron Company, and The Shaw Group.

His extensive experience encompasses various engineering and construction projects and includes expertise in federal, state & local government contracting, claims and disputes, bid protests, ethics and compliance matters/investigations, international contracting, teaming and joint venture arrangements, and government cost/accounting issues.
