Currently, Jim holds the positions of President and CEO at NWN Corporation, a prominent Cloud Communications Service Provider (CCSP) focusing on revolutionizing customer and workspace experiences for various organizations.

During his tenure at Actifio from 2011 to 2019, Jim played a vital role in driving the company's growth, achieving unicorn status with a valuation of $1.3 billion and overseeing a successful acquisition by Google in 2020.

Prior to Actifio, he served as President of XIV, an enterprise storage provider, where he spearheaded business strategies leading to its acquisition by IBM.
