Jim Simon

Jim Simon is the Founder and President of Business Intelligence, Inc. (BII), a prominent private investigation agency established in 1985. His career began as a police officer with the Cincinnati Police Department, where he served from 1965 to 1976, including eight years as an undercover narcotics agent. During his time in law enforcement, he made over 2,000 arrests, gaining significant experience in investigative techniques and operations.

After retiring from the police force, Jim transitioned into the corporate world, becoming the President and CEO of Reading Central Mix Concrete, the largest concrete company in the Midwest, from 1981 to 1985.
