With a background in Technology/Enterprise Value Sales, CX/Design/Artwork, Coding, Consulting/Professional Services, and Aviation, Jim brings a diverse skill set to the table. He has transitioned from individual contributor to VP/C-level positions with ease.
Having led top-performing regions and driving exponential growth at companies like Plumtree, Adobe, and TTEC, Jim has a knack for rapid growth aligned with profitability. He has founded two start-ups and guided them to profitability within a year, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen.
Jim is highly skilled in enterprise value selling, CX/design positioning, leadership, team formation, and mentorship. He has a proven ability to grow teams from just a few members to hundreds, fostering strong organizations.
Educationally, Jim holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy. He has also pursued executive courses in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia University and Art of the Pitch from UC Berkeley. Additionally, he holds certifications in Value Selling and The Sandler Selling System.
Outside of work, Jim is an avid US Masters swimmer training for the English Channel, a downhill skier enjoying the slopes of Colorado, a model railroading enthusiast with multiple layouts, and an airbrush artist with a background in downtown Fort Walton Beach.
