Jim Schulte

Jim Schulte is a seasoned professional with a 25-year career in real estate investment, development, and consulting.

As the President of Restore Utah, he spearheads initiatives to acquire, renovate, rent, and resell multifamily apartments and single-family homes, focusing on low to moderate-income neighborhoods in Salt Lake County.

Apart from real estate, Jim ventured into the food industry with Lucky Spoon Bakery, a gluten-free wholesale bakery he founded with his wife, Pam, showing his diverse entrepreneurial skills.

His earlier experiences at Kennecott Land and Boeing involved overseeing significant land development projects in Salt Lake and Long Beach, CA, showcasing his expertise in large-scale land development and planning.

Jim's career includes handling acquisitions for Archstone and consulting projects in various locations worldwide, highlighting his global perspective and market acumen.

With an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a BBA in real estate and finance from SMU, Jim's educational background complements his rich professional experience in the real estate sector.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jim actively contributes to community development by serving on the boards of Habitat for Humanity-Salt Lake Valley Chapter and Utah Housing Coalition, among others.
