Jim Salas

Jim Salas is an accomplished Director of Talent Acquisition, with years of experience in the industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and he has also studied at the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy. Throughout his career, Jim has worked with several large organizations, including Stellar Solutions, where he currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Before joining Stellar Solutions, Jim served as Senior Technical Recruiter at 8X8, Inc., Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Life Technologies, and Recruiting Manager - University Recruiting at Vmware. He has also worked for the United States Army, where he served as Command Sergeant Major, as well as an NCOIC for the Senior Non Commissioned Officers. Additionally, Jim held various senior technical recruitment roles at Vmware, Senior Program Manager at Convergent Communications, and Supervisor of Technical Support, North America at Navigation Technologies.
