Jim Rowan is a seasoned business and operations executive known for his energetic and values-driven approach.

He currently holds the positions of CEO of Ember Consumer, President of Ember Healthcare, and Board Member at Ember Technologies, which is a global leader in precise temperature control technology with products available in 30 countries.

In addition, Jim serves as a Member of the Shareholders' Committee at Henkel, a Board Member at PCH International, and a Board Member at NanoFilm, a top Nanotechnology and engineering company.

He is also a Senior Advisor to KKR, a Board Member at NTU (MAE) Singapore, and has previously served as the CEO and COO at Dyson, where he led significant commercial and digital transformations resulting in record financial performance.

Before Dyson, Jim was the COO at Research In Motion (BlackBerry) and has a proven track record of over 25 years in product development and market success.

He started his career on the shop floor, eventually founding two successful start-ups, and has a strong educational background in Business, Supply Chain & Logistics, Mechanical & Production Engineering, and Board Management.
