Jim Rosen

Jim Rosen is an executive coach, strategist, and advisor who specializes in helping CEOs and their executive teams enhance their organizations' performance and leadership capabilities.

With 20 years of experience in the software business, Jim co-founded LANSystems and Netegrity, bringing valuable expertise in corporate development, product management, partnerships, and marketing to his coaching practice.

Jim Rosen takes an integrative approach to coaching, focusing on expanding executives' mindsets and skillsets to improve their leadership capacity based on the latest research in human growth and development.

His educational background includes certifications in Narrative Coaching, Theory U, and Leadership Profile, in addition to a Master's in Architecture from MIT and a high school degree from The Putney School.

Throughout his career, Jim has held various roles such as Executive Coach & Strategic Partner at The Trium Group, Founder and President of Jim Rosen + Associates, Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at Naropa University, and more.

He has also served on the boards of organizations like Tizor Systems, TimeTrade Systems, Inc., and Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange, as well as holding executive positions at Netegrity, LANSystems, BBN Planet, and Lotus Development.
