Jim Rigney is a highly experienced professional with a rich background in consulting, teaching, project management, and public speaking. Acting as Director of Quality at TG3 Electronics, Inc., Mr. Rigney earned himself an MBA in business from the University of Phoenix and received CSSBB, PMP, and ISO certifications, making him an expert in quality and lean manufacturing practices. Throughout his career in manufacturing, he has held a myriad of positions, including Mfg Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, Plant Manager, Production Manager, and more.

With a Bachelor of Science in Automated Manufacturing Technology from ITT Technical Institute, Mr. Rigney is well-versed in the utilization of tools such as Smartsheet and electronic work instructions for increased efficiency. Furthermore, he is an expert in marketing strategy, training, negotiation, and business coaching, among other things.

In his free time, Mr. Rigney is a sports fanatic and a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins and, more recently, the 2016 World Champion Chicago Cubs. He lives in Southeastern Wisconsin with his wife and is always striving to learn new approaches and technologies.
