Currently serving as the head of the Real Estate Private Capital and Advisory Group at RW Baird, Jim specializes in private placements, joint ventures, M&A transactions, and structuring investments like bridge loans and PIPES.

Jim is known for his strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and international capital sources, built through years of cultivating relationships in the U.S. real estate investment landscape.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and MIS from Saint Joseph's University.
