Jim Moffatt

Jim Moffatt is a prominent business leader currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Europe and Asia Pacific at The Engine Group. His extensive career has been largely shaped by his previous roles at Deloitte Consulting, where he held various leadership positions over a span of more than three decades.

Professional Background

Deloitte Consulting: Moffatt joined Deloitte in 1986 and rose through the ranks to become Vice Chairman and Global CEO of the Consulting division, which he led from June 2015 until his retirement in December 2018. Under his leadership, the consulting business experienced significant growth, increasing revenues from $9.8 billion to $14.3 billion and expanding its workforce from 54,000 to 75,000 employees.1 2
JSM Advisors, Inc.: After retiring from Deloitte, Moffatt became the President of JSM Advisors, Inc., where he focuses on enterprise strategy and business transformation among other areas.1

Education

Moffatt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Management Science from the University of California at San Diego (1981) and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management (1987). He has also completed advanced programs at Stanford University and the National Association of Corporate Directors.2
