Growing up in a family where both parents instilled strong work ethics, Jim learned the value of hard work and dedication early on. Inspired by his father's work as a Tool and Die and Precision Tool Grinding technician, Jim developed a deep appreciation for precise manufacturing and craftsmanship, influencing his career path.
Starting from a young age, Jim's curiosity about how things work led him to explore the intricate processes and systems behind manufacturing. His training at a vocational-technical high school and automotive technician skills further honed his customer-focused approach to manufacturing and quality. Jim's commitment to learning, paired with a competitive soccer background, has instilled in him the importance of continuous improvement and disciplined practice.
Jim holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Power Technology, and studied Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician in high school. Throughout his career, Jim has held key roles in various organizations, including Program Manager, Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Advance Quality Engineer, Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Production Supervisor, and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, gaining a breadth of experience across different industries.
