Jim Llewellyn is a practical statistician with extensive experience in combining academic and practical experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Neuroscience and Psychology to build better models of Consumer Behavior. He has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the California Institute of Technology, and studied MS in Cognitive Psychology, ABD in Theoretical Computer Science, Graduate Certificate in Data Mining and Applications, and Boot Camp Certificate in Neuroscience from Rutgers University, Stanford University, and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively.

Jim has held senior-level positions in several well-known organizations, including Ipsos, Nielsen, Harris Interactive, TNS, ORC, and IMS America, where he honed his skills in statistical modeling and analysis, research methodology, and data interpretation. He works across theoretical design to coding in R and/or Python, ensuring results are sufficiently complex to capture enough of the phenomenon to be successful but simple enough to be convincing and implementable.

As Senior Vice President at Ipsos, Jim continues to leverage his expertise in developing and delivering comprehensive market research and insights, helping businesses gain a competitive edge through the use of data-driven solutions.
