Jim also earned a B.A. with honors in Philosophy from Colorado College, highlighting his diverse academic background.

Over the course of his career, Jim has been involved in various notable organizations, where he has made significant contributions. He is the Co-Founder and Principal at Guild Row, a role that allows him to leverage his skills and knowledge in the arts and theater industry. Prior to this, Jim served as a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University, an Artist in Residence at the City of Chicago, Department of Cultural Affairs, and the Executive Artistic Director at Redmoon Theater.
