Jim Lake

Jim Lake is a lawyer with expertise in media law, intellectual property, and general litigation. He has a strong background in representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and U.S. Copyright Office. Jim is known for providing valuable counsel on matters related to newsgathering, trademarks, and copyrights.

In addition to his legal practice, Jim Lake serves as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law, where he imparts his knowledge to aspiring legal professionals. Jim Lake pursued his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Washington and Lee University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from the same institution. His academic background complements his practical experience in both law and journalism.
