Jim Jordan is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at RiverMeadow Software, a cloud migration software company. He is also an active board member and angel investor at Luminoso Technologies, Inc., a company that provides AI-powered text analytics solutions.1234

Jim has extensive operational and financial experience in software, professional services, manufacturing, mergers and acquisitions, and IPOs. He has served as COO or CFO to more than 20 companies over the past 20 years, successfully raising over $1 Billion in debt and equity financings and completing more than 30 acquisitions.12

Jim also has extensive international experience, having started and run businesses in Asia, Australia, and Latin America. Notable senior executive and board positions include Sparx Hockey, Airwide Solutions, Venture Advisors (founder), Glasshouse Technologies, EnerNoc, Verrillon, BIT9, Savantis, CXO Systems, Ntru Cryposystems, ArsDigita, and Cambridge Technology Partners.123

He began his career at Coopers and Lybrand, where he specialized in IPOs and Mergers and Acquisitions. Jim attended Boston College and is a former US Army Ranger.12
