Jim Johnson

Jim Johnson is the Lead Product Manager at PeopleFluent, a position he has held since September 2022. Prior to this role, he served as a Senior Product Manager within the same company. Johnson has a background that includes a decade in Florida politics before transitioning into technology and human capital management. He began his career in tech as a project manager for a software consulting firm and has since focused on learning management systems (LMS) in the human capital management space since 2007.

In his current role, Johnson is responsible for guiding the product strategy and refining requirements for the PeopleFluent Learning team, which focuses on enhancing the LMS capabilities.134 He is also pursuing a graduate degree in Technological Entrepreneurship at North Carolina State University, which he aims to complete by spring 2023.1 Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his girlfriend and their two mini schnauzers.12
