Jim Jacobson

Jim Jacobson is an accomplished executive and business development professional with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee - Lubar School of Business, and an MA degree from the University of St. Thomas. Jim's career spans over three decades, during which he has held various leadership positions in well-known organizations.

Before joining Cognizant as General Manager/Regional Client Partner, Jim served as General Manager of Strategic Account Management, General Manager of Regional Market, and General Manager of National Markets at TriZetto Corporation. Prior to that, he was Vice President/CIO at The F. Dohmen Co., Officer/IT at Assurant Health, Director/IT at WellPoint Health Networks, and Manager/IT at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Jim has also worked as a senior consultant at Compuware and as a Sr. Business Analyst at Northwest Airlines.

Throughout his career, Jim has developed expertise in IT strategy, professional services, project portfolio management, and software as a service (SaaS). He is a skilled leader who can manage large-scale projects, build and develop high-performance teams, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
