    Jim Goodloe is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than forty years of experience in the industry.

    For the first two decades of his career, Jim held senior executive roles in various hospitals in Tennessee, showcasing his leadership and management skills.

    Later in his career, he transitioned to the Tennessee Hospital Association, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Solutions Group and Physician Services, bringing his extensive expertise to the broader healthcare landscape.

    Jim recognized the importance of facilitation in enhancing group capabilities and productivity, leading him to incorporate facilitative techniques into his own management practices.

    Seeking formal training as a facilitator, he obtained certification from the International Association of Facilitators, distinguishing himself as one of the few IAF Certified Professional Facilitators in Tennessee, and the sole CPF in Middle Tennessee.

    Jim pursued his education by studying Healthcare at the University of Houston-Clear Lake for his MS degree and Business at Samford University for his BS degree, enhancing his knowledge and skills in healthcare and business management.

    His professional journey includes roles such as Vice President at Baptist Health System of East Tennessee and Senior Vice President at the Tennessee Hospital Association, illustrating his diverse experience and expertise in the healthcare sector.

    Currently retired, Jim Goodloe leaves behind a legacy of impactful leadership, facilitation, and healthcare management in Tennessee.
