As a singer/songwriter, musician, actor/playwright, and monologist, he has garnered critical acclaim for his performances in Caught In The Act, Houdini’s Magic Maze, Something’s Going On, and his numerous Jim Mossuto, Music, Monologue and Madness shows. He has released several Original, Jazz/Blues music albums and a newly released Love, Smoke, Mirrors album. A prominent goal in his professional life is to explore the human condition, while acknowledging the realm of the mystical through his art. Jim champions the importance of listening and finding magic in everyday life.

Jim's Saturn Return trip in 1974 played a significant role in shaping his artistic endeavors, and he has penned 'Saturn Returns, A Young Man's Odyssey' based on that experience. He aspires to stage the show with the music he had written and film it as a documentary, retracing his journey of self-discovery.
