Jim Feniello is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in management, leadership, learning technologies, and software development.

With over 25 years of experience in technical and leadership roles at esteemed companies such as IBM, Lockheed, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Pearson, Jim has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

As the co-founder and former CEO of Motionplan, Inc., a company acquired by TiER1 in 2010, he now serves as the Chief Technology Officer at TiER1 Performance Solutions, where he leads technological initiatives for clients and oversees internal technology infrastructure.

Jim's educational background includes a BS in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and fellowships from the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Jim engages in various hobbies such as working on electronics projects, playing guitar in an 80s cover band, instructing high-performance car driving at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex, and competing in racing series like NASA and SCCA.
