Jim Facette is the Executive Director of the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA), a position he has held since June 1, 2023.12 He brings extensive experience in association leadership, having worked in the not-for-profit sector since 1995. His career includes roles with various industry associations, such as the Canadian Construction Association and Canada's Accredited Zoos and Aquariums (CAZA), where he served as Executive Director and CEO before joining CRCA.12
