Jim Ingersoll

Real estate entrepreneur and investor Jim, based in Richmond, VA, has a diverse background that enriched his expertise in various aspects of engineering, manufacturing, business development, and real estate investment. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Masters in Engineering Management, Jim spent years working in renowned companies such as Acu-Rite, MRC, Viasystems, and Barber & Ross as a General Manager, Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, and Senior Engineer. During this time, he had an opportunity to work on opening and closing facilities globally, including in China, Mexico, England, and parts of America.

Jim's journey as an entrepreneur started several years ago, focusing on creating multiple streams of income through real estate and internet businesses. He is an author of two books, available on Amazon, and hosts the "Real Estate Success Podcast" while also providing coaching as a value-add apartment investor through his business, INRVA LLC. Jim is also the founder of "Deal Maker," a live annual event where investors come together to create lifetime income streams using tax-advantaged strategies investing in real estate.
