Jim DuBois is a seasoned board director, advisor, author, and speaker with expertise in transformation, innovation, and security. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business (Accounting and Information Systems) from the University of Washington, DuBois has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the tech industry. He spent several years at Microsoft, serving in various positions beginning as a director and later as Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. DuBois was responsible for IT modernization, corporate agility, risk management, and directed business growth, turnaround, and acquisition integrations. He has a strong balance between innovation and creating effective processes to exceed business targets.

As a board member and venture advisor, DuBois serves in several organizations, including Expeditors, Catalina, Collabra, Ignition, and Ridge-Lane. He is a former member of the board of advisors at CoreStack, board advisor at Saviynt, Inc., and a board member at Oxford Computer Group US.
