Jim Douglass

Jim Douglass is a distinguished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles in the industry. After studying Finance and Accounting at Georgia State University and the University of Alabama, Jim started working as Senior Manager of Financial Services at KPMG before moving on to join Medaphis as Vice President of Corporate Controller. Later on, he was appointed as Executive Vice President, CFO, and Corporate Development at CheckFree Corporation, where he led the company through a fast growth phase, took the company public and implemented acquisitions. After his tenure at CheckFree, Jim served as CEO at Vesdia Corporation, President at Swingvote, and Executive Vice President at Cartera Commerce, Inc. – A Rakuten Company, where he oversaw the successful acquisition of the company. Currently, he works as a partner at Fulcrum Equity Partners.
