Before joining Asurion, Jim held positions at several other high-profile companies, including Elevate, Vantiv, Intuit, Merrill Lynch, and National City Corporation. He is also an alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, where he completed the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Executive Education Certificate Program.
