Jim Curry

Jim Curry is a seasoned product, strategy, and corporate development executive with over 20 years of experience in various companies, ranging from startups to global corporations. He is passionate about building excellent products and services that resonate with customers.

Currently, Jim serves as a Co-Founder at BuildGroup, a company that invests in leadership teams aiming to have a lasting impact. With a focus on providing permanent capital and supporting long-term growth, BuildGroup partners with ambitious founders to nurture extraordinary companies.

In addition to his role at BuildGroup, Jim actively contributes to the boards of Generation Serve and the University of Texas School for Undergraduate Studies. He is an alumnus of UT Austin and the Harvard Business School. Jim resides in Austin with his wife, Laurie, and their three children.

Jim's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and studies at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
