Throughout his career, Jim has demonstrated versatility by taking on various roles such as Software Design Manager with architectural responsibilities and Software Design Architect with people management responsibilities.

Possessing a solid foundation in software architecture and design, Jim is known for his ability to lead and inspire strong teams.
