Jim Beattie

Jim Beattie has a rich and diverse professional background in finance, consulting, and real estate.

Starting as a derivatives trader/marketer at a global bank, he later transitioned into consulting, helping multinational financial institutions manage market-based risk factors.

Currently, Jim is a part of the Financial Institutions Group at Chatham Financial, focusing on equipping mid-sized banks, thrifts, and credit unions with financial tools to manage market risk and maximize profit margins.

One of his key roles is to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of understanding, care, and service.

Apart from his financial expertise, Jim is a co-managing member of Cooper Hawk Realty, LLC, a real estate firm involved in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate projects in Chester County, PA.

His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Information Systems, also from Lehigh University.
