With experience in industries such as Medical Device, Aerospace, 3D Printing, Industrial Sensing & Safety, Plastics, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Agriculture, Jim has developed an impressive track record of accomplishments throughout his career.

Before becoming the Chief Executive Officer at Waltek, Inc, Jim had a long and successful career serving in executive positions. Some of his previous positions include the President at Spectralytics Inc, Vice President & General Manager at Stratasys, Inc., President at ATEK Access Technologies, LLC, Director of Marketing at Miller Manufacturing Company, Inc, and Sales Manager at Hot-Shot Products Co., Inc. His breadth of experience includes private and public companies ranging in size from $5M to $800M, full P&L responsibility, multi-site management, and managing teams of more than 200 FTEs.
