Jim Bailer

Meet Jim Bailer, an accomplished change management and process design professional, with a focus on mortgage, corporate treasuring, and information management. Boasting an impressive background, Jim has held a variety of leadership positions, including Mortgage Program Director, IT Program Director, and Director of Mortgage Technology Product Management, to name a few. He has an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte and studied Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in History at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

With experience in the US Navy and a background in corporate finance and IT, Jim has gained invaluable experience in leadership, business development, and process design.
