Jim Argalas

James S. Argalas has served as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at BofI Holding, Inc. since August 19, 2011. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Internal Asset Review Committee of the Board. His extensive experience in the financial and investment sectors includes founding Presidio Union, LLC, which focuses on financial analysis and corporate advisory services for early-stage growth companies and their investors.

Prior to establishing Presidio Union, Argalas held significant roles at Watershed Asset Management and NM Rothschild, where he managed investments in distressed credit and other financial areas. He also worked as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and as an Associate at Goldman Sachs. Argalas holds an MBA and is currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada.1234
