Jilong Lin

Jilong Lin is a first-year MS student at Stanford University pursuing Civil and Environmental Engineering. With a BS in Environmental Science and Geology from the University of Texas at Austin, he also holds an Elements of Computing Certificate. Jilong has a keen interest in water resources, groundwater remediation, sustainability, climate change, data analysis, and machine learning. He has demonstrated strong leadership abilities and a penchant for overcoming challenges. Outside academia, Jilong enjoys reading and traveling, boasting a well-traveled background with visits to the Arctic and extensive trips to Africa. His deep-rooted passion for environmental conservation shines through his love for nature.
