Jillian Qua

Jillian Qua is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

She holds a Masters of Science in Engineering & Management from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Prior to that, she studied at Peking University where she gained valuable insights, and also completed a B.S. Management degree at Ateneo de Manila University. Additionally, she participated in an exchange program at Josai International University.

Jillian Qua has held key roles in several renowned organizations, demonstrating her versatility and expertise. She is currently a Product Manager at Butlr, where she excels in product development and management. Previously, she served as a Product Manager at eGrowcery, showcasing her adaptability and leadership skills. She also gained valuable experience as a Product Innovation Intern at Zhelt human defense and as a Design Strategy & Foresight Intern at Seymourpowell.

During her academic journey, Jillian also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at MIT, highlighting her commitment to education and mentorship. Prior to her current roles, she held managerial positions at Michael Page, serving as Manager for Legal and Finance in North China. Her tenure at Michael Page also included roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in finance, showcasing her expertise in recruitment and talent management.
