With a strong educational background in Psychology, Anthropology, Communication Design, and Printmaking from institutions such as University of Wisconsin-Washington County, Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, and Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, Jillian combines diverse knowledge to inform her design approach.

Jillian has held key roles in renowned organizations like Bounteous, where she serves as an Experience Design Lead, and has previously showcased her leadership and design skills at IBM in roles such as Associate Design Director, User Experience Lead, and Senior iOS User Experience Designer.

Her involvement in professional organizations like AIGA Chicago and Hexagon UX demonstrates her commitment to community engagement and industry networking.

Prior to her current roles, Jillian contributed her design expertise to Kohl's Department Stores in roles such as Surface Designer and Digital Designer, further expanding her experience across different sectors of design.
