Jillian Arnold

Jillian Arnold is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in programmatic sales, client management, and customer success. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the University of Arizona. With over a decade of experience in the field, Arnold has held several positions of increasing responsibilities. At Shoppable®, Arnold is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success, where she is responsible for ensuring the company's clients' satisfaction with their products and services. Prior to joining Shoppable®, Arnold worked as the Senior Director, Seller Accounts at Rubicon Project, where she was in charge of developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth. Arnold has also worked with Monster and Viacom, where she held key roles in campaign management, pricing and inventory analysis, and client services. In all her roles, Arnold has demonstrated her ability to build strong working relationships, manage complex projects, and achieve measurable results.
