Jill Valdez has over 18 years of experience helping individuals and companies overcome obstacles and grow. She started in the non-profit sector, creating systems and processes that allowed organizations to expand and be more effective. In 2016, she obtained her BA in Psychology, went on to complete her MS in Industrial Organizational Psychology in November 2018, and became the Director of HR in a for-profit company. Her passion for helping businesses thrive led her to found LINK Consulting, where she provides business consulting, executive coaching, and recruiting services. With a 4.0 MS degree, Jill is highly skilled in assessing people and connecting their passion to a purpose to help them succeed. She is also an ordained minister and pastor, showing her love for people. Jill's interests outside work are reading, crocheting, and hiking.
