Jill Patel

Jill Patel is a Philadelphia native with a passion for exploring different parts of the world. After completing her undergraduate degree in International Business and Marketing at Drexel University, Jill continued her education at Columbia University in New York City, where she earned her Master of Science in Human Capital Management.

Jill has worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she was responsible for recruiting top talent for the company. She has also worked as a Global Partner Marketing Specialist at Dell EMC, where she helped to develop and implement marketing strategies for the company. Prior to these roles, Jill served as a Recruiting Associate and Recruiting Assistant at BCG and as a Strategic Healthcare Marketing Assistant at Johnson & Johnson.

Throughout her career, Jill has been dedicated to working with good people and great organizations. Her expertise lies in human capital management, talent acquisition, and global partner marketing.
